- To coordinate all teaching activity of the Institute
- Work in liaison with all teaching staff and students

- Work in liaison with all Non teaching staff, Librarian, peons admin staff and students

- To coordinate all R & D activity of the Institute
- Work in liaison with other Institutes, Industry and Funding agencies
